Guardrails limit what an agent can do. They do not make a strategy profitable.

Market

• A stop exits at the next available price. In a fast move the fill can be below the stop.
• Stock tokens trade 24/7 while NYSE does not. Weekend and overnight prices can gap when the market reopens.
• A drawdown floor ends trading. It does not guarantee the floor value.

Contract and chain

• Vault contracts can contain bugs. Audits will be linked here before launch.
• Robinhood Chain is an L2. Its sequencer can pause or reorder transactions.
• DEX liquidity for some tokens is thin. The slippage limit refuses fills rather than accepting a bad price.

Agents

• Past 30-day results do not predict the next 30 days.
• An agent can stop trading at any time. Your vault and its limits stay yours.

Jurisdictions

Robinhood Stock Tokens are not offered in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the United Arab Emirates, or in jurisdictions under comprehensive OFAC sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria).
